I want to invite you to join us tonight for a wonderful night of music, fellowship, and testimonies of God’s grace. Thursday Nov. 13 8 PM The BSM retreat was awesome. We had a great group of students that came to relax, have fun, and focus on Jesus. Prof. Jones came on Friday night to share with us about what it means to believe in Jesus and not in our idea of Jesus. We have long been praying for something like this to happen and are grateful with God for allowing us to be part of the ministry here at UTPA. I am talking about the journey groups that will meet every week at the dorms, [...] I just got back from a very intense weekend of spiritual discernment and discovery. Students from all over Texas gathered near Dallas to learn about what God is doing in the world and where God is calling them to serve. Every year, students from BSMs all over go to summer and semester missions to [...] Four students from our BSM will be attending the New Baptist Covenant in Atlanta, Georgia this weekend. During this event, they will have the opportunity to attend a lunch with Al Gore, hear Bill Clinton speak, converge with college students from all North America, and interact with other Christian leaders.
